What is Enigma Puzzle Quest?

Enigma Puzzle Quest is a mobile game (we come to your home or business) where players solve puzzles and riddles to complete a challenge. Similar to an escape room, competitors work collaboratively. Unlike an escape room, competitors do not work against the clock, but instead, in teams, attempting to solve the challenge in the shortest amount of time.

How many people can play a Quest?

Quests are played in teams of 2-4 people. The Pirate and Fire Quests can be played in 2-3 teams (6-12 people). The Christmas and Birthday Quests can be played in 2-4 teams (6-16 people).

Can anyone play a Quest?

Although all Quests are designed for adult minds, we welcome all ages. However, if any member of your party is 14 years of age or under, there must be at least one adult chaperone on their team.

How much space does a Quest require?

Each team will need their own space to discuss and brainstorm as they solve puzzles. Additionally, there needs to be an area available for teams to compete for hints.

Each team needs a table and chairs, which are available for rent, if needed.

What does Enigma Puzzle Quest provide?

Enigma Puzzle Quest provides all gaming materials and a game master to support you and your party guests as they play.

What skills and resources do we need to play?

All resources will be provided, but players may find smart phones helpful. Some Quests require use of the Internet.

Party hosts also need to provide a table and chairs for each team.

We design the Quests to be enjoyed by players of all levels of puzzling experience. Your game master will assist you if you get stuck.

What do I, as the party host, need to supply?

The party host needs to provide space for each team to play. Each team needs a card table and chairs, which you can rent from Enigma Puzzle Quest.

The host is welcome to provide a prize to the winning team, but this is not required.

How do I rent additional card tables and chairs?

We offer rentals for card tables and four chairs. They are $10 for the set of five. Be sure to indicate your rental needs when you check out.

Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation?

You may cancel your reservation for a full refund with a 48-hour notice. To cancel, call 480-636-9861.

If you cancel within 48 hours, you may reschedule your party (one time) with no penalty.

What is a game master?

The game master will set up, manage, and clean up after the game.

The game master's first responsibility is to ensure everyone is having a good time. As players participate, the game master will answer questions and provide guidance. When all teams are done, the game master will announce the winner.

How long does a Quest take?

It depends. Quests are designed to require 1.5 to 2 hours for play. However, some teams may find they move through the Quests quicker or slower.

Note that an additional 30 minutes will be required for set-up and clean-up.
